Beauty Tips For Women
The rule of 'Keep it Clean', will work wonders if followed religiously. Sleeping with makeup and pollutants stuck on your face is an absolute NO NO! The following four steps are essential towards beautiful and healthy skin. The below mentioned can also be the beauty tips for girls.

Beauty Tips for Face Care
Cleansing: Dab the face with a rich face cleansing lotion or cream all over the face and neck. Massage it gently into the skin in an upward motion. Make sure you keep your eyes closed at all times. Use damp facial tissue or a cotton ball to remove the cleanser, again in the upward direction.

Exfoliating: Exfoliating should be a part of the weekly cleansing process. Daily exfoliating upsets the skin. It will help remove dead skin cells that block the pores, causing acne and dull skin. Exfoliation is suitable for normal and oily skin, whereas, dry skin should be scrubbed with facial scrubs that have lesser amount of granules and more cream. Always use the scrub in a circular motion all over the face and neck and wash it out with water.

Toning: Toning helps to remove traces of dirt, make-up or residual cleanser that has been left behind. It will also help to restore the natural pH level of the skin, and close pores. Soak a cotton ball with the toner and apply it all over the face and neck. Pay more attention to the nose and chin area, these two places are more prone to blackhead deposits.

Moisturizing: Daily wear and tear of the skin, depletes it of its natural softness and suppleness. Moisturizing it regularly with a good quality lotion or cream, will replenish the facial skin making it smooth. For the day, use a light cream or lotion with a sunscreen in it, while at night use a repair cream. Apply the moisturizer in circular motion all over the face and neck. Reapply, if out in the sun for more than four hours. Read more on face cream.

Cleansers
Milk Cleanser: This is one ingredient that forms the base of many cleansers. Take full cream milk in a small bowl. Dab a cotton pad in it and spread it all over the face. Using clean fingers, massage the milk into the skin in upward and circular motion. Take another cotton pad, dip very cold water and remove the milk from the face and neck.

Buttermilk and Fennel Cleanser: In the top part of a double boiler, heat ½ cup buttermilk and two tablespoons of crushed fennel seeds, for half an hour. Remove from heat and let it sit for a while. Strain and pour into bottle and refrigerate. Cleanse the face with this concoction using a cotton pad.

Toner
Cucumber Honey Toner: Puree one medium sized cucumber in a blender and sieve it to get the juice. Add one teaspoon honey in it and blend well. Store covered, in the refrigerator. Smooth over face and neck twice in a day.

Apple Toner: The juice of a well cleaned apple works as an excellent astringent. Smooth over the face and let it dry.

Moisturizer
Cream Moisturizer: Blend two tablespoon of sour cream and one tablespoon of honey with half mashed banana. Apply to face and let it sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it with lukewarm water.

Tomato Curd Moisturizer: Blend two tablespoon of tomato juice with four teaspoons of full cream fresh yogurt. Smooth over face and neck for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Night Lotion: Mix two parts pure rose water with one part good quality glycerin. Massage into the facial skin in circular motion every night.

Exfoliator
Oatmeal: Take one tablespoon of oatmeal and two almonds and powder it. Add some full cream milk in it. Smooth over the face and neck. In a circular motion, gently exfoliate the skin with it. Rinse it off with cold water.

Honey Scrub: Powder four almonds, add to it two teaspoon of milk, half teaspoon honey and flour to make a thick paste. Rub gently into skin and rinse with warm water.

Face Mask
Honey Face Mask: Soak a clean hand towel in warm water, squeeze out all the water, and place it on your face for a minute. This will open up the pores. Now, apply honey on the face and neck and rinse it off, first with warm water, then with cold after half a hour. Use it once a week after cleaning the face well.

Egg White Mask: Separate the egg yolk from the white and add a little milk to it. Blend it well, and using a thick clean paint brush, apply it all over the face and neck in upward direction. Let it dry, let it really stretch the face. Rinse face with cold water. This is an old beauty treatment used by Japanese women.

Avocado Carrot Cream Mask: Combine one ripe avocado (mashed), one steamed and mashed carrot, half cup fresh full cream, one well beaten egg and three tablespoons of honey in a bowl. Blend it well until smooth. Spread it all over your cleansed face and neck and leave it for half an hour before washing it off with cold water. It is best to lie down when you have the mask on, else it could drip down. Read more on:
